Orders and shipping

We usually process orders within 1-2 working days. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method, but within the United Kingdom, almost everything is delivered within 1-3 working days.

You can easily create an account during checkout. Select the ‘Create account’ option at checkout and enter a password. Your details will be saved immediately and after placing your order, you can log in to view your orders and reorder more quickly.

You can change your delivery address via your account page under Addresses. Click on Edit, enter the new address and save your changes.
Have you already placed an order? You can only change the address as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. In that case, please contact us.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking link so you can track your parcel live.

No, we do not store your credit card details.
Payments are processed via a secure payment provider. They process your payment via an encrypted connection and do not share your full card details with us.

We only see the necessary payment status (for example, whether a payment was successful) and possibly a reference, but not your full credit card number or CVC code.

Yes, we are obliged to charge VAT on all our products. The correct VAT rate is automatically calculated during checkout, based on your location and the applicable regulations.

Your order summary and invoice will always show exactly how much VAT has been applied.

We ship to the Benelux (the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg) and to Germany.
Do you reside in one of these countries? Then you can simply select your address during checkout and the shipping cost will be calculated automatically.

Do you live outside these countries? Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally. You can always contact us for exceptions or special requests.

We endeavour to dispatch your entire order in one parcel wherever possible.
If a product has a different delivery time, your order may arrive in multiple packages. We will, of course, keep you informed of this and you will receive a separate tracking link for each package.

If you wish to exchange an item

Returns and exchanges

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as the products are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please note: for hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned. This applies, for example, to shampoos, conditioners, oils, creams or other products where the seal has been broken. Would you like to return something? Please contact us first. We will be happy to help you and give you the correct return instructions.

Did you accidentally receive an item other than the one you ordered? Please contact us as soon as possible.

We will resolve this for you immediately:

  • We will send you the correct product.
  • We will send you a return label so that you can return the incorrect item free of charge.

We apologise for the inconvenience and will be happy to sort it out for you straight away.

We are sorry to hear that your order was delivered damaged. Please contact us immediately and, if possible, send us photos of the damage.

We will quickly provide a solution:

  • We will send a replacement product, or
  • We offer appropriate compensation or reimbursement.

Of course, this will not cost you anything extra. We will be happy to help you as soon as possible.

After registering your return, you will receive the correct return address and any shipping instructions from us.Always use the address we send you so that your return can be processed safely and correctly. Do not send a return to a different address on your own initiative, as this may delay processing. Have you not yet received a return address? Please contact us and we will send it to you immediately.
You can receive support in various ways. Please contact us via email, telephone or the green chat button at the bottom left of the website. We usually respond quickly and are happy to help you with any questions you may have about orders, products or returns. If we do not respond immediately, we are usually busy in the salon. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice that the address is incorrect. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can usually change the address for you immediately. Is your order already on its way? Then we can try to intercept or redirect the parcel, but this is not always possible. In that case, we will wait for the parcel to be returned and schedule a new shipment. The sooner you respond, the greater the chance that we can still correct it.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order. As long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can usually make changes or cancel the order. Has the order already been shipped? Then unfortunately we can no longer change it. However, you can return the package after receipt in accordance with our return policy. The costs of the return are at your own expense. The sooner you contact us, the greater the chance that we can resolve the issue immediately.
Yes, for some products it is possible to place a backorder. This means that you can order the product even if it is temporarily out of stock. We will then ship it automatically as soon as it is back in stock.If backorders are not available for a product, a waiting list button will appear instead. You can then sign up to receive a notification as soon as the item is back in stock. This way, you always know where you stand — whether you can order in advance or whether you will receive a notification as soon as the product is back in stock.
