You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the web shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging be more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.
Hygiene products
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, personal care products, cosmetics and hair products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and any seal is intact. If the seal is broken or the product has been visibly used, the product can no longer be returned.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@denatuurlijkekapper.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.
