- Returns will only be taken into consideration when notified in advance. Please use the return form on this page for this purpose.
- After completing and submitting the form, you will receive instructions on how to return your order.
Important
- Returns are only possible if the product meets the conditions from the right of withdrawal.
- Products should - if reasonably possible - be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Personal care products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
- Return costs are at your own expense.

- Wait for the return instructions you will receive by e-mail.
- Pack the product carefully and return it according to the instructions received.
Returns that have not been pre-notified via the form unfortunately cannot be processed.
