Which curling kit is right for your hair?
A good curl care routine usually consists of several steps. You wash your hair, replenish moisture and apply conditioning, and then use a product that supports the natural shape of your curls. With a curl care set, you don’t have to go to the trouble of finding all the different products yourself.

Why choose a complete curling kit?
With curly hair, it can be tricky to work out which products work well together. For example, a shampoo might cleanse the hair perfectly well, but without sufficient conditioning, the hair may feel dry afterwards. Conversely, a rich cream might be too heavy if several nourishing products have already been used.
A curated set helps to better coordinate the various steps. This gives you a clear sequence and prevents you from randomly combining products that may do the same thing or weigh your hair down unnecessarily.
Is a curling kit suitable for every type of curl?
A curl kit can be used on wavy, curly and very curly hair. However, it is not just the curl pattern that matters. Your hair’s thickness, condition, porosity and how quickly it becomes weighed down also determine how much product you need.
Fine or wavy hair often only needs a small amount of product. Thick, dry or coarse hair can usually cope with more. You should therefore always start gently and gradually increase the amount of product you use.

How do you use a hair curling kit?
- Wash the hair with the shampoo provided in the pack.
- Apply the treatment to the lengths and ends.
- Rinse out in accordance with the product’s instructions for use.
- Apply the conditioning styling product to thoroughly wet or damp hair.
- Distribute the product evenly and work it through the curls from the bottom up.
- Let your hair air-dry or use a diffuser on a low setting.
How much of each product you use depends on the length, thickness and density of your hair. If you have fine hair, it’s better to start with too little rather than too much.
Should I choose a curly hair kit or individual products?
A set is particularly useful if you’re looking for a complete skincare routine. Individual products are more suitable if you already know exactly which step is missing or if you just want to tackle one specific problem.
