Zechsal magnesium oil is a highly concentrated solution of magnesium chloride in water. The liquid is called magnesium oil because it can give a slightly oily feeling on the skin.

Spray a small amount on the skin and massage in lightly. Leave it on for a few minutes. If desired, the skin can be rinsed off afterwards. Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds.
Tip: store at room temperature to avoid crystal formation in the liquid!
Note: magnesium oil can stain clothes or bedding if it comes into direct contact. Therefore, let it soak in for a while before going to bed or putting on clothes. In the evening, use an old shirt or socks when applying it to your feet.
Note: not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Due to its high concentration, magnesium oil may cause skin irritation in children. Diluting with water can sometimes be an option. In children aged 6 and over, it can be used in pure form under the soles of the feet, as the skin is less sensitive there. This works well before bedtime, for example.
