Natural hair care isn’t always straightforward. For example, a product that works perfectly for dry, curly hair might be too nourishing for fine hair. A sensitive scalp, in turn, requires different ingredients to those needed for damaged hair ends.
A targeted approach is also important when dealing with colour-treated hair, grey roots, frizzy hair or hair that quickly becomes weighed down.
Among other things, Amy can help you with questions such as:

Amy will help you browse the range at De Natuurlijke Kapper Shop. Her advice is tailored to the products, brands and packages that we have carefully selected and are familiar with from our own experience.
This also means that Amy doesn’t automatically recommend the most expensive or most comprehensive product. Sometimes a simple, gentle routine is the best choice. In other situations, however, a combination of shampoo, conditioner and additional hair care products is the sensible option.
The aim isn’t to get you to order as much as possible, but to help you choose what really suits your hair.
No isolated product recommendations without an explanation
Many online shops simply display a number of products in response to a query. But without any explanation, you still don’t know why a product is suitable, how to use it or what you can combine it with.
That is why Amy is also trying to explain:
- why a product might be suitable for your situation;
- what results you can expect from it;
- how to use the product as part of your routine;
- whether you can combine it with other products;
- and when another product is likely to be a better fit.
This way, you’ll not only receive product advice, but also gain a better understanding of how to look after your own hair.
Always available, but honest about the limits
You can use Amy whenever it suits you. During the day, in the evening or whilst comparing different products.

At the same time, we remain honest about what an AI assistant can and cannot do. Amy cannot make a medical diagnosis and is no substitute for a doctor, a dermatologist or a personal examination of the scalp.
