Chondrus crispus, Lavandula hybrida flower
Chondrus crispus is a red algae, also known as Irish moss. The algae contains natural amino acids that help to strengthen and nourish the hair.
Lavandula Hybrida Flower is lavandin flower. This ingredient helps to soothe the scalp and gives the treatment its natural lavender scent.
Mix 3.5 tablespoons of Alg In Treatment with 300 to 400 ml of water. Use slightly less water for a thicker gel and slightly more water for a thinner gel.
Leave the mixture to simmer gently over a low heat for about 15 minutes, until a jelly-like gel forms. Then strain the solid bits out of the mixture and leave the smooth gel to cool in the fridge.
After about 30 minutes, the treatment is ready for use.
First, wash your hair with shampoo and gently towel-dry it. Spread the cooled seaweed gel evenly through your hair and massage it thoroughly into your scalp.
Wrap a towel around your hair and leave the treatment on for 20 minutes. Then rinse your hair thoroughly and always finish with a conditioner.
Use the entire prepared treatment straight away and do not keep any leftovers.
