We usually process orders within 1-2 working days. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. You can easily create an account during checkout. Select the \u2018Create account\u2019 option at checkout and enter a password. You can change your delivery address via your account page under Addresses. Click on Edit, enter the new address and save your changes.

No, we do not store your credit card details.
Payments are processed via a secure payment provider. They process your payment via an encrypted connection and do not share your full card details with us.<\/p>

We only see the necessary payment status (for example, whether a payment was successful) and possibly a reference, but not your full credit card number or CVC code.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Yes, we are obliged to charge VAT on all our products. The correct VAT rate is automatically calculated during checkout, based on your location and the applicable regulations.<\/p>

We ship to the Benelux (the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg) and to Germany.
Do you reside in one of these countries? Then you can simply select your address during checkout and the shipping cost will be calculated automatically.<\/p>

If a product has a different delivery time, your order may arrive in multiple packages. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as the products are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
